Qiam was established in 2005 under the name of “Riyadh Qiam” Establishment, then later expanded and Qiam Real Estate Company was established, which was transformed by the efforts of its board of directors represented by Eng. Mashari bin Ali Al-Sulaiman, and Mr. Ismail Al-Dubaikhyi to a certified professional company that provides all assessment services for assets under the name of Qiam Real Estate Valuation Company.

Believing in the importance of this field, they established the first center for real estate studies and training in 2009 to achieve the highest evaluation standards in cooperation with the Chamber of Commerce, until the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers was accredited as an accredited government entity.

We have 16 years of experience in Qiam, in which we provided our services in more than 100 cities, with a value of 500 billion Saudi riyals, with more than 250 thousand reports of asset evaluation, which made us one of the first companies in the classification of the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers.
